To keep your jewellery looking its best, please minimise direct contact with water, chlorine, perfumes and other cosmetics as the silver may oxidise more quickly. The best practice is to remove all jewellery when showering, swimming and exercising.

It is inevitable that even sterling silver will tarnish slightly over time (this is due to its copper content). The best way to treat this is by using a soft polishing cloth until it is shiny again. I am also happy to re-polish any items for a small fee + delivery.

When choosing rings please make sure you have selected the correct UK size. If you are unsure of your size I would recommend going to your local jewellery shop and they will give you an accurate reading. Or you can buy a UK ring sizer. When measuring yourself please be mindful that your knuckles can sometimes be larger than where your ring sits.

A standard resize is £25 + postage. If the resize is going up or down by many sizes, the price may change to reflect the difficulty of the job.

If you would like a customised version of something I have already made, please don’t hesitate to ask. I want to make pieces that are unique and special to you.

If you would like to create something totally new together this would be a commission piece. I am always excited to hear your ideas, so please send me over a brief description of what you have in mind along with any reference images. From there I will get in contact with you to finalise the design and discuss a cost.

Please keep in mind that custom and commissions will cost more than something that is already stocked in my shop. Commissions especially require specific materials, more communication and more time, so the price will reflect this. If you have a specific budget or deadline please include this in your message and I will always do my best to help. Otherwise please allow up to 6 weeks from the day they design is confirmed between us for your order to be completed.

Whilst some items are kept stocked and can be sent off immediately, others are made to order, and will take slightly longer. Please allow 3-4 weeks on items that are made to order. For customs + commissions please allow up to 6 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date I will try my best to accommodate you - just send me an email.

I don’t generally accept returns unless items are faulty, however if you would like to exchange items this is sometimes possible.
